Very important information

These prices include: blood test, ekg and cardiology evaluation,surgical fee, ( two plastics surgeons and anesthesiologist), hospital expenses with one day hospitalization for major procedures,drugs after procedure (analagesics, antibiotics ) and belts when needed. some procedures are done as out patient or ambulatory surgeries.

This price does not include other charges( another day in the hospital for other reasons or other medications etc. )

PAYMENTS OPTIONS

Payments can be made with credit card, traveler’s checks or cash. The aesthetic Plastic surgery is not a covered expense by health insurance plans. The total amount of surgical fees must be paid one day before the surgery. We require that you make a deposit of US $ 500 fifteen days before the surgery. This money will be used for scheduled a place in my agenda and it’ll be taken as a partial payment of the surgery.

CANCELLATIONS

Only if, for medical reasons, the surgery is canceled, the money will be totally refund.

MEDICAL INSURANCE

The medical insurance does not cover the aesthetic plastic surgery, if you suffer any problem that requires reconstructive surgery, then the insurance company makes cover the expenses.

We can help you to fill out the insurance claim, and we will give you full reports of the procedure. It’s important that you understand that you are responsible for the payment of the surgery. Insurance Company will be responsible for paying you back
